Load Balancing and Fail-over
SW24 VPN is embedded with two WAN Ethernet ports to allow you connect to two different broadband internet services for load balancing. The router also supports failover, whenever the primary connection fails – the backup connection takes over the services. With dual band connection to two different ISPs (including Cable, xDSL, T1), you can double the bandwidth to meet your business need.
To support wired connection, the router includes 4 autosensing Ethernet ports. Autosensing means you can use either cross or straight type UTP cables for wired connection up to 4 client computers. Or you can expand the ports by adding the Switches. Or you can add a wireless access point to provide wireless access to mobile devices.
VPN Support
SW24 dual wan router supports native VPN with up to 25 simultaneous secure remote sites tunneling using IPSec with VPN failover feature. Connect your multiple offices securely using this VPN feature to support your online business applications between the sites.
Access Control
Should you need to enforce certain security policies to the users, you can implement such kind of control access the router can support. The SW24 support the access control for Internet and available applications based on the policy groups.
